Real estate concentration, representing lenders, buyers, sellers, REO departments, a state agency, real estate management companies, brokers, landlords and tenants, both residential and commercial, on issues before the district courts, superior courts, and Housing Courts across Massachusetts. The practice areas have included foreclosures, real estate-related bankruptcies, evictions, loan work-outs, deeds in lieu, short sales, and mortgagee in possession matters.
